It was a festive celebration on December 5th, as LACF celebrated our donors at our annual Donor Appreciation evening. 2019 LACF Brunch
Thanks to all who attended the 28th Annual LACF Brunch. Special thanks to Kriss Deiglmeier, CEO, Tides, for her inspiring talk on philanthropic approaches and building coalitions, and to Jan McDaniel, Compassion Week Los Altos team leader, for sharing the positive impacts of our collaboration and partnership.

LACF's Volunteer Fair 2019
Several hundred prospective community volunteers visited the Downtown Green in Los Altos on August 24th to meet with representatives of 30 local nonprofits and learn more about available service opportunities.

2019 Summer Solstice Celebration
Over 375 guests attended Los Altos Community Foundation's sold out Summer Solstice Celebration at the Behar Family's Historic Marini Home in Los Altos. In addition to learning about LACF's impact in the community, guests enjoyed wine from local vintners, delicious appetizers, and live music.

LACF's annual Legacy Circle Luncheon recognizes our most forward-thinking and committed donors - those who have included LACF in their estate plans. LACF's Legacy Circle members are the true philanthropic leaders of our community.

BAT Leader Appreciation Party
Block Action Team (BAT) Leaders along with Neighborhood Watch Block Captains celebrated their work in helping connect, care, and prepare their neighborhoods at its annual BAT Appreciation Party hosted by LACF on February 13. Over 60 community members gathered at Hillview Hall to socialize and enjoy Valentine-themed treats.

Los Altos Community Foundation wishes to thank our local community and sponsors for their enthusiastic support of the 2018 Gardner Awards Dinner, Above & Beyond. This year’s sold-out event attracted 250 guests and recognized 19 dedicated volunteers from local nonprofits who selflessly give their time and talent to improve our community. It was a night to remember and we look forward to seeing you all again in 2020!
