Neutra House Conference Center
Neutra House was originally built in the 1940s by renowned architect Richard Neutra as an artist’s residence. Today, it serves as a convenient spot for meetings and events. It has been modernized with multimedia equipment, Wi-Fi, and a caterer-friendly kitchen. The house also has direct access to a garden patio for outdoor receptions and gatherings. Location

Neutra House is located at 181 Hillview Avenue, Los Altos. We are next door to the Los Altos Community Center, which has ample parking. We are a 10 minute walk from downtown Los Altos and easily accessible from Foothill Expressway and Highway 280.

Book Neutra House Today

  1. Interested in reserving Neutra House for your next event? Follow the steps below:

    1. Determine that the facilities meet your needs. See Conference Facility Details below.
    2. Check for availability on the Rental Calendar. Hover over the reservation name to display the hours reserved.
    3. Complete the Online Reservation Request form.
    4. Pay for your reservation. An invoice will be emailed to you when the reservation request is confirmed by LAMVCF.

Once payment is received, your reservation is secured and a receipt will be emailed to you.

Information on how to access the facilities and the usage guidelines will be emailed to the requestor at least three days prior to the event. If you have questions, please email NeutraHouse@LAMVCF.org. LAMVCF will make all efforts to respond within 48 hours.


Fees

    Fees must be paid to finalize your reservation. Cancellations less than 10 days before the reservation will be refunded, less the cost of onehour of usage.

    • Nonprofit groups — $40 / hour
    • Private groups — $120 / hour
    • Commercial groups — $120 / hour
    • Alcohol permits — $115.25 / reservation*
      *14 day lead time required
