2023-24 E3 Program Kicks Off

Learn More About E3 ↗

We are thrilled to announce the official start of the 2023-24 E3 Youth Philanthropy Program, an exciting opportunity to empower the next generation of young leaders in our community. With a group of 21 talented and passionate 10th, 11th, and 12th graders from ten local schools, our program kicked off with a fantastic day-long retreat filled with team-building activities, including a scavenger hunt through downtown Los Altos, led by returning students who are taking on a leadership role in shaping E3 for the year.

Our E3 Program is designed to develop leadership skills and build knowledge of local needs that students use to help support their community. By fostering values related to community building, the program aims to nurture a new generation of leaders who will profoundly impact our local communities.

Throughout the academic year, our students will engage with local community leaders to gain a deep understanding of how they can positively influence our community. They will also undertake service projects as well as make grants to nonprofits they choose to support. The program runs through April and ends with the presentation of school year-long service projects that support community needs the students identify.
